access the New Conference form without activating the webcam?

It seems that the only way to access the PLUS button to open the New Conference form is by clicking the Meet option on the sidebar, which immediately activates the webcam. Am I missing something? This is kind of freeking people out, they rarely use the Video feature, and usually only want to create a Scheduled phone conference.

That's correct, Quickmeeting and Scheduled conferences have all been placed in the 3CX Webclient's "Meet" section to offer a more organized experience. The camera video feed is activated but that is only a preview of what would be displayed to others if the user would proceed with creating a Quickmeeting which, as I understand is not the case so there's no reason to worry.

Seems like an awkward UX to me.
