Access to audio stream in realtime in 3cx phone system

Hello everybody.

Has anyone try to get the autio stream of a call in real time in the 3cx phone system?
Are there any way or api to do it?

We want to pick up the stream in each direction of the conversation to treat it or send it to another system or IA.
