Accessing Advanced Admin

Hi,

I own this 3cx cloud system but can't access the admin console's advanced tab.

Any ideas?

You are on an SMB system. You will not have access to the Advanced tab. Thats only available on the dedicated instances.

you only have access to configure things within your own department.

You cant, this is only for dedicated systems.

I keep getting this message so do I need to whitelist it?

It's from the office network - Once on a VPN I can access it

Do you have a misconfigured phone?

Do ensure that any phones are on the latest firmware so they can be used as router phones.

The blacklist will expire in 24 hours.

I have no phones set up. This is just my laptop
