It's been 3 days since I opened 3CX SMB , and still can't work with it.
5 minutes after I tried to connect my SIP intercom , I already got locked, probably because I don't know how to configure the intercom , and after few attempts my IP was blocked.
So I waited 24 hours , oh wait.. no. I already waited 72 hours, and still when I try to login , I get "An IP has been blacklisted". I need to use VPN to access the account , and there is no way to remove the lock.
I don't even know why my IP was blacklisted.

Second:
For testing , I have installed MicroSIP client to see if I set the login parameter correctly, but also the MicroSIP client don't can't register.

Hi Makortech

- do you have some temporary alternate place to access the internet, from which you might sign in to your 3cx admin portal (ie, not be blocked) - then you can un-block your 'regular' IP address? Possibly hot-spot laptop to phone cellular data briefly for example, or use the nearest McDonalds free wifi/ etc. ?

- have you confirmed already that your sip intercom is on the supported hardware list for 3cx ?

- if you have problems with getting generic SIP agent (Microsip) working then it sounds like you need to review the docs a bit more carefully on how to make a generic sip client device work. (? and do you have a SBC Configured ? or you are attempting to do a single-device-in-LAN-talks direct-to-3cx 'unsupported' style connection? )

- basic first sanity test will be of course, use the 3cx web-client agent on your laptop, at the location where the intercom is - to validate your 3cx is alive, working, and talking to a client at that site.

- you may simply have a client device that can't be configured to talk to 3cx / or will need an SBC to help facilitate the connection.

Possibly a bit more information will be helpful

Yes. I can get access to my account but couldn't find anywhere how to unblock my ip

On Free/SMB you don't have access to unblock it. I'd factory reset the intercom, or better yet disconnect it, so it isn't failing to log in. Basically, stop blacklisting your IP, then wait the 24 hours for it to clear.

stop blacklisting your IP
Just to make this even clearer, the devices that are unable to connect properly and caused the initial blacklisting will re-blacklist you straight away if they are just sitting there active with the same bad config.

And please just install an SBC. with the free/SMB there is very little to zero chance to get any non supported device connected directly.

For the username I need to enter in my device, do I need only the first part of the username(the extension number only which I hope i understand correctly it is the username also) , or I need to include the cloud domain prefix also in the username?

Either Extension number (just the number) or email address associated with extension.

Trying yo install SBC , and after I enter my URL(https://xxxx.3cx.cloud) and Authentication key.... I get "Unable to reach the 3CX server...".
And anyway, even trying to configure 3CX APP on my pc is not working. I am entering the 3CX Server "https://xxxx.3cx.cloud" , and I get "Unknow host".

Ok... the problem was the banned IP. Now the IP is opened. But still the SBC gives errors in the log:

now:
<CMD> NSLOOKUP xxxx.3cx.cloud shows:

so it can resolve DNS.

Your sbc doesnt have an correct ip address.. Check your network.

Well, the PC and network works fine. I have internet, I have static IP address , DNS are ok, gateway is beautiful.
The only issue I can think of is that the PC works on WIFI , and the ethernet card is not connected to anything.
I tried to change the listening IP 0.0.0.0 in the config file ,to the IP address of the PC , but every time I start the service again, it change back to 0.0.0.0

Do you have an antivirus software on this PC? Did you permit (full) Internet access to all the SBC components/services?

Is the SBC in a VM on this PC (kind of bad) or native (should be OK)?

AV is turned off.
I don't see any blocking of the SBC.
All I see in the log:

Ok, I opened Windows Sandbox, and install the SBC on it. It runs fine. I can't use it in Sandbox, but it runs. I just don't know what can cause the SBC to give all those error in my PC.

I think your best path is to set up the SBC on its own box, be that a PC, Raspberry or router phone if it's a small setup.

@SteveITS - in this case I understood it to be a VM running on someone's personal workstation PC. That can have performance issues with CPU, network load/connectivity etc.
A VM on a dedicated VM host etc, of course no issues there.
If running on a personal PC I would consider installing directly slightly more reliable, removes an abstraction layer.
