Acting as SIP proxy for Direct SIP Client

We have a Shoretel PBX and are exploring using the 3CX as a SIP proxy server to allow for anonymous incoming Direct SIP calls. I.e. have SIP clients (from anywhere) directly connect to the 3CX and get routed to our Shoretel. We have setup SIP trunks on the Shoretel side. Can you please advise how I can have Direct SIP calls to the 3CX get routed to the Shoretel? Thanks.
