AD User Properties IP Phone

Is it possible to have 3CX assign extension based on the IP Phone field from the telephone tab of AD User Property? I have the M365 Integration (configured correctly, I think), and am able to see the users assigned IP Phone when I attempt to import System->Phonebook->M365.

Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks,

Sure, you can export AD to CSV and then modify the CSV to match the 3CX import function...
