anybody can help me about sip field ? 3cx v7.1.7139.
My customer have existant PABX. It's call center for doctors. It work for 120 customers(doctors), and it take RDV for their. When customer phone, to take RDV, it use specific SDA. This sda redirect to call queue and next to extension, and the extension see "it's for doctor Mrx and number of caller", the user of extension can said "hello you are on the company mrx etc..." you see ? because it's must be transparent for customers.
Today they want to change pabx to IPBX but we don't see if 3cx can do this, the idea will be redirect SDA to call queue with some extensions, but when call come from call queue to an extension, the user see only the number of caller. is it possible, with SIP Field to add name for a SDA ? the result will be call from 02xxxxxxxxx Doctor x ?
