Add Forward to Mobile as CLI option

I would like a user to be able to forward calls to their mobile number, as an option in the Windows Client.
The only (defaulted) options are: Answer, Decline, Divert to Voicemail.

Do you mean specific calls or should the user have the ability to divert all calls to the mobile number?

There would be another option to divert that specific in-coming call. Right now the CLI will pop-up and I can send it to VM, Answer or Decline. Our current Earthlink system allows us the ability to add forwarding numbers, so someone can just click on the number that they want to forward that specific call to.
