Is there any change you can add a option when on hold to press a button to leave a message. Eg i have my wait time set to 60sec before it automatically goes to voice mail because i may be out side and have to go inside to get the phone. Some people do not like to wait that long and just hangup. I would like a option to allow the caller to press a button anytime during the on hold to transfer to that voice mail. And to also have a option for admin to set a time interfull when it should remind them during the on hold they can press a button to leave a message.

It depends on where the caller is waiting on hold.In a digital receptionist you can add an option in your prompt to route the caller to a voicemail box. If the caller is waiting in the queue pressing the * key will send the call to the destination if no answer.
If the caller is waiting in a shared parking space for example then this is not available and i would recommend posting your idea on https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/3cx-ideas/ . All posts are reviewed by their corresponding Departments and, if feasible and voted for by other users as well, may be implemented in an upcoming service pack or update.
