Solved Add Patton SN4141 FXO to 3CX Cloud

Good day,

I have 3CX installed in the cloud. We have 2 offices with PSTN lines connected to Patton SN4141 FXO Gateways. I follow guideline https://www.3cx.com/voip-gateways/patton-sn4141-fxo/
however, fail.

In Options->PSTN Gateway Options->Default IP Route I tried both Local 3CX cloud static IP address and local ip address.

any suggestion? Thanks in advanced

And have you conformed to this?:

• The device must be in the same LAN subnet and/or locally routed subnet as 3CX, including site to site VPN.
