Solved Add second account to T54W phone

I have a hosted account for our company with 35+ extensions, including multiple Grandstream ATA's.
This includes a T54W at my home as a working extension, and as a router phone for an HT802. This is all working well.
I would like to add a second account to the 54W connected to a new free account I have opened, as well as a second ATA to that free account.

Admin console shows my user with IP Phone column, <Red Square > Yealink T54W router phone.
Event log has entry <RPS request for Yealink (MAC:xxxxxxxxxxxx) IP Phone of Xx,Xx delivered successfully>
1st account registers and works well for company connection.
2nd account fails to register.

I could use some guidance.

Please note that there is no support for registering multiple accounts on one IP phone.

Thanks for the clarity on second accounts.

I am similarly unable to successfully register the router phone as a single account on the 54W for my free account.. Would you suggest I post an new question?

Has the phone been factory reset, and is the correct firmware used? Which is 96.86.0.77
