A lot of our customers are bar and restaurant groups with bookings teams.
Each booking team has a ring group for each venue so they know which site its for so they know how to answer and for reporting.
Problem is every time we create a new user we have to go through 40-50 ring groups/queues to add them in each of the correct ones.
Ideally we could create an extension group and assign that group to these ring groups instead of each user or if on the user export it included ring group memberships in here so we could easily import a new user and have it in the correct ring groups.
