3CX application can be used to open the intercom remotely. This is excellent functionality that will be in demand by residents of apartment buildings with SIP intercoms. We recently worked on a project where BAS-IP intercom did not work with the 3сх application. I need to reduce the video resolution to 640*480. At the same time and on the same network, BAS-IP mobile application worked with the BAS-IP intercom correctly with 1280*720. Possible reason - enabling two-way video communication in any case from the 3CX application side.
To turn on the video call, I need to click on the video button (video call from intercom as default, but audio call starts). To open the intercom I should close the video, click on the dialpad button and click on the "#" - key to open a door.
I think it would be useful:
1. Add one-side video and default video call for intercom. Administrator can setup user as video intercom and one-side video call will be as default.
2. Add DSS soft key to open the door on the video call page.
