Add VOIP Provider Wizard link wrong**CONFIRMED

When adding a VOIP provider the links for the 3rd party tested provide list is shown as http://www.3cx.com/blog/support/voip-provider/3rd-party-supported. The list however appears to be here http://www.3cx.com/partners/voip-providers.html.
