Unsupported Adding a Algo Door Phone. 3CX Hosted.

We have a Algo door phone. we have it SIP connected to our 3CX system. It reports successful SIP registration.

We are not getting Audio
We can not send a "unlock" command. (#6) We know the system works as we just changed from "Trixbox" to 3CX.

We used SNOM as a phone entry as Algo is not an option.

Can I add or tweak a configuration?

When you say you are not getting audio, do you mean no audio in both directions, or just one way audio? If one way, which? Is the Algo using STUN, or behind an SBC?

Since we're talking about a device that's not supported by 3CX I'm afraid there's not much we can help with so hopefully others such as @leejor can chip in here and help you get this working. All I can say for now is maybe also try enable "PBX Delivers Audio" for that extension:
"3CX MC >> Users/Extensions >> Edit >> Options"



If all else fails, you might actually want to consider a 3CX supported device instead. These devices have been tested with 3CX and will guarantee normal functionality if configured as per our guides.
