Adding digital receptionists to ring group without menu Options

Hi Team,
How i can add prompt (IVR) to ring group without menu options,
I have a simple recording with no routing options.
anyone who calls to inbound will hear the recording and this counterpart will ring the ring group.

Hi @Zivx,

Please note that you cannot add a prompt to a Ring Group.

You can use the Call Queues instead of the Ring Group that they have this option(add a prompt).

Hi @Zivx,

The Call Queues are available in a PRO or ENTERPRISE license key. In case you have a Standard license key, the Call Queues feature will not be available.
