Is there any way for us to update our 3cx address book so our staff's initials are correct (or is this something you have to do for us?) As you can see in the screen shot below I am SL instead of LS.
We are using v20. The first name and last name entries are correct.
We would like the initials to display as first name followed by the last name.
We have reinstalled 3CX and reprovisioned it, even testing on another laptop but to no avail - initials are still displaying as “AB” (Last Name, First Name) instead of the preferred format “BA” (First Name, Last Name).
Could you please assist with adjusting this setting?
