Solved Admin Panel not available V20

One of our Admin users is unable to see the Admin Panel on their W11 PC, The admin panel icon does not appear in Chrome, Edge or Firefox or Incgnito. We have tried removing cookies etc.

If they login on a different W11 PC the Admin Panel appears and works fine!

Any ideas?

Can you please check if you have console restrictions enabled and if the IP address is allowed?
