Solved Adnroid Phone not ringing (not vibrating) cannot accept call (missed call sound playing afterwards)

Hello,
I am not sure when this started to appear but our Support Phone lately does not ring anymore.
When it is called it´s shown as busy but only starts to make a noise when the missed call notification plays.
Not only is the phone not ringing - there is also no option to accept the incoming call if the phone is already unlocked.

I can use the phone to make calls just fine, but I can´t receive calls.

I tried all suggestions about power management, notifcation sounds (it´s always been 3cx default) but nothing helps.
moto G8 power lite on Android 9 (and Android 10, Update didn´t help)
Re-provisioning the phone, restarting the phone... also didn´t solve the problem.

Hi!

Go into the App menu --> Settings --> Advanced. If the option at the top is "Car/Bluetooth support (Telecom API)", try turning this option to Off.
After this kill the app, then try again.

Also, can you please advise if the Android phone is connected to the internet over WiFi or LTE? Make sure you try both by disabling one or the other.

Motorola pushed it´s own (additional?) update after the Android 10 update earlier and now it works again. I didn´t try your solution but it just started to work again. Thanks (probably not helpful for other people with this problem :-/)
