Advanced Meeting parameters

Dear 3cx community,

I'm running 15.5 3CX software and I'm searching where (if it's possible) can I limit users video/audio quality for webmeeting.
My system's default is HD Mid (1Mbps) for video and Narrow Band (16Kbps) for audio, but I want to reduce it (at least for video), it's possible?
