We're a 3CX partner and in addition to our customers on paid for Pro/Enterprise licenses, we have a few customers with 3CX Standard 4 SC licenses, on ~10 phone system instances.
Of course, the run up to Christmas is rapidly approaching and I'm trying to prepare for anything we need to do in the holidays or before the holidays. I just wondered, can anyone confirm what is happening to the Standard 4SC licenses after their expiry showing in the portal of 31st December 2024? Are they being extended like they have been a couple of times in 2024?
I logged a ticket with support who said they'd be extended, but I then had another ticket with support about another issue and the technician I was speaking to said they weren't being renewed. It'd be great to clarify so we can either rest easy, or prepare in plenty of time to relax with mince pies!
