After first polling the following ones are checked and show 100% of completion

Good morning,
during a meeting with several pollings we had the following problem.
The first polling was ok, the next ones showed the choise already checked and the 100% of completion.
To send the answer the user had two possibilities:
move the check to another answer and come back or refresh the web page (in this way all entries become blank as the first polling).
Is there a way to avoid the user action?
