After upgrade to 20 version 3cx winowsn not login as Admin to system

Before the update I checked that the user is the owner of the system and I also checked that this email has an extension, but after the update. The system does not let me in as an administrator. But only as a user.

How to access the system as an administrator?

You need to log in with the extension email address that was set as the system owner. If the email was not used on any other extension before the upgrade, you can try resetting the password using the forgot password link on the web client login page.

This root owner under security / root credentials doesn't exist in v20 anymore.

In v20 use a system owner with a unique email address and a known password. You can also log in to 3CX v20 with the system owner's extension and this password.

@uniscanadmin There is no separate management console in v20, it is all via the web client. System Owner should see Admin in the lower left of the left navigation menu:

I had the same issue. Try to login using the extension number and not the email address. After restoring 3cx, i wasn't able to login via email but extension number worked. Do an update to the latest version after installing from debian iso and then you should be able to login via email.
