Solved Agent logout from one queue

Hi

Is there a way for an agent to logout from one queue and stay in others
For example Agent 201 is in 3 queue and i want hom to stay in 2 queues but removew just for now from one of the three.

I dont mean to remove hom from Call queues

Hi,

Yes there is if you use the Webclient, click switchboard and the then the queue you want to logout from, click the q next to your name and that will log you out of that queue only. This is an explicit logout and will not automatically log you back in after you switch any statuses you will be logged out untill you log back in again manually.
