AI Agent Email Transcription

Hi Guys,

I am a 3cx Silver Partner, but using a personal account.

Apologies if this is in the wrong category, but it is the only place I can post.

I can see in the AI category a topic about transcriptions going to email for AI Agents, and CRM integrations.

What would be super useful, is if we could create an email template with variables, which would help so many people integrate with so many CRMs.

For example, our CRM picks up the customer name in the subject, to assign the call to the correct client. So if we could create our own email, where we could place the company name variable in the subject, then the transcription in the text, that would be amazing.
