Akuvox R26C and R26P registration through SBC

Hi,

I want to connect our 2 doorphones to our 3CX through the SBC, is there a guide that I can follow how to setup a generic phone through the SBC?

Follow: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/ip-phones/#h.gwqg1qvtfjy7 and set outbound proxy to the IP of the SBC

Or basically:
Get the Auth ID, Extension and Auth Password from 3CX console
Login to the phone and configure those 3 settings, plus the register name and port (hostname of your 3CX server and 5060)
Set the proxy IP and Port to the SBC and 5060
Basic phone stuff should work (make/receive calls, etc). You will likely need to tweak stuff like MWI subscribe to get the voicemail light, codecs, etc.

It's correct that I don't see in my phones list on 3CX that it is connected via SBC?

You should see all phones with an active registration on the phones tab. Including phones connected via SBC

What I mean is It's in the phone tab but not with the message via SBC, is that correct?

I'm not 100% sure here, as I don't do unsupported phone via SBC (I do them via VPN/LAN always), but I suspect if it doesn't show via the SBC (the the via line) then it's not using the SBC and instead it's using Direct SIP (often called STUN on the forums).

Look for the outbound proxy settings in the device. Put the IP of the SBC and port 5060 there.

I enabled "block remote phone" and it's still working, so it has to go through the SBC. It just does'nt show it in the phones tab.
