Customer wants to ensure voicemails are being retrieved quickly.
Is there any report or alert when a particular voicemail box has unheard voicemails, voice mail that have not been listened to within X hours or minutes?
Where is the indicator of whether a voicemail has been retrieved stored (in the main dB or filesystem)?
Thanks!

An email can be sent when the message is left, but I'm not aware of a way to nag the person to listen to it, if they choose to ignore, or haven't checked their email.
Going directly into the filesystem may be discouraged by 3CX.

I can confirm that there is no way to report or alert on unread voicemails in general, but, if it's just one vmbox, that needs to be monitored providing the Voicemail ping for that extension or access to that extension's weclient might be the way to go.

You might also want to consider going through our Ideas Section to see if anyone posted this or something similar as a feature request so that you can upvote it.

You may want to consider our 3CX Voicemail Manager tool. We can escalate voicemails to managers based on configured thresholds. We make it possible to set a maximum wait time for unheard voicemails. We also support different wait times based on group membership. For example, you may want to allow members of the support team to have voicemails waiting for an hour, and for the sales team only allow 15 minutes.
