all announcement speed very fast (vm, hold music, etc)

we recently rebooted our 3cx phone system and now all of a sudden all of our announcements, hold music, voice mail messages are replayed very fast. It's like someone pressed fast forward on all our annoucements. I cant find a setting to change the annoucement speed. Please advise.

Have you considered upgrading to the latest version of 3CX? The one you are running is fairly old now.

Have you checked any recent windows updates that have been applied to your system?
