Solved All but one phone shows to provision

My setup:

LAN
192.168.1.1/24

Voice VLAN
192.168.2.1/24

3CX running on AWS
Pi 4 SBC with a static IP on Voice VLAN (192.168.2.100)
Brand new Grandstream 2612P phones with 3CX recommended firmware
Pi SBC can ping all phones.

Only one of the phones is listed and able to be provisioned by the 3CX server. What's even stranger is that for this phone, the IP address that is listed on 3CX is one from the LAN and not from the Voice VLAN.

For example, the phone that is working received a DHCP address of 192.168.2.251. On the 3CX console, under phones I see this phone but in the IP address field it says: "192.168.1.8:5080 via SBC, 192.168.2.100:5060". If I type 192.168.1.8 or if I type in 192.168.2.251 into my browser, it takes me to the same phone. I am essentially able to access the device from an address on the LAN as well as on the Voice VLAN.

Either way, my big issue is that all but this one phone shows up and is able to be provisioned. Any ideas?

Firstly ensure that the phone firmware has been upgraded as per our guide. Currently it is 1.0.5.33

I think the fact that you can access the same phones with two different IPs is an indication that the network has likely not been properly configured.

As far as VLANs go that is something that you will have to troubleshoot on your own.

Phones were being given the proper IP address and I was able to access their web pages that way but the 3CX management console wasn't agreeing with it. I decided to just put all of the phones on the LAN and avoid VLAN configuration.
