We have been having an issue getting a user to join a conference call. He can successfully call into our main line and reach our IVR, but when dialing 700 to join an on-going conference he would get the message "All circuits are busy". He tried several times to join with the same result.
There were 12 people on the conference at the time. One had dropped off by the time I tested and it worked. I dropped from the call and asked him to try again and it seemed to work for him.
Our license has 32 simultaneous calls and 100 meeting seats. There was only one other call going on at the time. Is there conference call attendee meeting limit?
