All Grandstream Phones Ringing after v15.5 SP3 Update

A customer of ours with a mix of Grandstream GXP2140/1630 phones are currently nonstop ringing. This only occurred after our system automatically updated to V15.5 SP3.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Please update your phones to the supported firmware for these phones and make sure you are using the default templates. You can find the supported firmware here
