All Groups in web client does not show extensions outside of user's group

We recently updated to version 18.0.237 and in the new version of the webclient the All Groups setting in the top right seems to only show other extensions within the current logged in user's group. When trying to search, it only allows searching within the current logged in user's group.

Is this expected behavior now? Is there a way to revert it back to pre-18 behavior where you could search for anyone in the organization?

Hi @sheppardzw,

In the Group Settings in the Management Console >> Users >> Groups, select the group you'd like to share with other groups and select Group Rights, check the 'Publish group information to all extensions' box. Can you search for those extensions now?
