All incoming calls look like my mobile is calling

Hi,

Trying to get my head around how this can have happened.
Currently no matter who is calling in, it's my mobile number that shows up in caller ID. Also, I've never added my mobile to any directory on this system so I'm at a loss as to how it would ever show me at all.

Who is your SIP provider?
Do you have a Forward at source or ID set at source?

No forwards on, and as of yesterday while the system was still V16 there wasn't an issue. Was moved to V18, and all of a sudden all calls are coming from me.

Probably best to raise a support issue with 3CX or contact a reseller for assistance.
