The 3CX app seems to set the Call Notification sound back to silent even if we change this to something.
Reasons we need this:
Engineer is on call, they set their android subsystem to DND. They then set an exception for the calls notification within the app settings, and have it play a sound. This means that an on call engineer can have JUST the 3cx app ignore the android DND status. This is very helpful for stopping engineers having to have overnight sounds except for on call calls!
I have tried everything to work around this, but the Calls Notification always sets back to silent when a call comes in.
