Allow Shared Parking Calls to mirror ON Hold Music List, or have larger list.

Please allow shared parking calls to use all the tracks and randomise the on hold music, or provide a list of 10 like the on hold music.

That would be nice. I would also like to see a list of multiple tracks in the Music for individual call queues. At the moment you can only add one track.

I Agree, I was about to return to modify this post to include that as well.

My suggestion is the following.

Under Music on hold in settings, Have Playlists. In Playlists, users can create up to 10 Playlists and choose up to 10 tracks, and can choose to randomize individual playlists per call or per day.

Then in each setting under queuing, on hold, ring groups, shared parking etc, you can choose one of those playlists.
