When i don't want users to call outside Europa, is it enough to just select Europe in the allowed country codes or do I also have to do something with my outbound rules and e164 settings?

Hello Rob24h,

You only have to select "Europe" in the allowed country codes.

When nothing other is selected, you can´t call outside Europe.

best regards,

Dominik Oelmaier

I have a PBX where an extension got hacked and the hackers were able to use that extension to call numbers outside of Europe so I am having doubts if this is the only thing that needs to be done...

If the hacker does not have acces to your management console, its enough to check "europe".
You can change other things of course, but without acces to management console, you can´t change that setting, and can´t call outside of europe!

You do not select Europe (box is clear), this disallows calls to Europe.

If the box is blue, calls are allowed to the Region / Country

And, you think that is helpful?
