Always missed call message during: in/out of office and holidays.

Hello,

I have a customer asking me if it is possible to always get an email of a missed call with a possible voicemail attachment.

• Possible i know.

During office hours, i have a voicemail when noone is picking up after xx seconds.
After office hours i have a dummy configured with a custom voicemail on it which will have a beep at the end so people can actually speak in a message and my customer will receive it in his mailbox with attachment.

How about pre-configured holidays? Do i need to make another dummy and switch it by hand when its holiday time?
If i configure the office hours, i cannot select that i want to receive a voicemail and missed call message on each call i did not take.

(The question is strange but he has a select amount of customers that he does want to help even during vacation.)

Please note that during Holidays calls are being forwarded to the HOL IVR. So you can create an extension and send calls to the voicemail of that extension. The caller will hear the prompt and you can either offer them choices through the menu or set the "If no input within seconds:" to 1 second and send the call to voicemail. This way you will only need to configure it once.

Thanks, I've removed for HOL IVR the voicemail message and placed the 'if no input within 1 second' towards the voicemail of my dummy extension.
