I am trying to set 3cx on AWS but I keep getting the error message on the 3cx website.

On AWS I selected 3cx 20.

Have you followed the guide below and also enrolled for Debian 12 under the AWS portal for this account, as explained in step 3?

Thanks, I have got it all setup now but I'm having issues with one way audio when I make a call you can hear the recipients side but you can't hear the senders side it is only happening with external calls.
The sip trunk is working though I have been using it with the free version of 3cx but I have removed that connection and on the sip trunk providers page it is showing that 3cx is connected with the PBX hosted by AWS.
