I have searched through the forums as best I could but found no solution. The issue is when setting up/adding a sip trunk in 3CX I select my country: US then under select provider there is no option for ACVC. Is this not supported anymore? Did I miss a step somewhere? Please help.

What version of 3CX are you running? (check under Dashboard >> Information >> License)

Provided you're running the latest version, you should be able to see it when creating a SIP Trunk as seen below:

If you are running the latest version but still cannot see it, do bear in mind that if the 3CX PBX is hosted by 3CX then it is missing due to the reason that it is an IP Based SIP Trunk.

Thanks for the quick response, I am running version 18 build 1608. However I am unfamiliar with checking if it is IP Based SIP Trunk. At one point I did try installing the PBX phone system for windows but since then have uninstalled it, if that has anything to do with it. When I first set it up it was there and configured, when i logged back into it the SIP Trunk was removed. Do I need to check Amazon Chime configuration?

Where is your PBX hosted? Is it on premise or are you using the Hosted by 3CX service? If your PBX is hosted by 3CX the trunk is not available as we do not support IP based trunks for that service. (Amazon Chime is an IP based trunk).

I was able to correct the issue by rebuild and everything was there now i get an 400 error when calling out. incoming calls are fine i just cant call out. My numbers are in the E164 format +1xxxnnnxxxx

Make sure you are also dialing E164 numbers and disable the E164 rules from the settings page of the PBX if necessary. Also check your outbound rules in case something does not match there. These are the most common causes for this issue.
