I am just getting started with a 3CX free account to test it out before a larger deployment. I added my first IP phone to the owner account, a Yealink T53W. I booted up the phone and as soon as it finished configuring, an error flashed on the web client - IP Has been Blacklisted - and I was immediately signed out of the web client. Now, whenever I try to log in, I get the error message "An IP has been blacklisted". I can't seem to do anything to get around this. When I try to access the webclient via my mobile with wi-fi turned off, it just says "Access Denied." I'm not sure what happened, but I can't proceed until i know what to do. Thanks.

Hi there.
Your Yealink SIP-T53W is not using the correct firmware and as a result, got blacklisted.
The current firmware is 95.84.0.125 and must be 96.86.0.77
Ensure that you first upgrade the firmware and only then try to configure the phone, else it will happen again.

Once you upgrade the firmware (do it manually directly via the phone interface), let us know so we can try to remove the IP for you.

Okay. I will do so right away. Thank you. Also, I have two Yealink T58As which have been discontinued by yealink. Will those work or will they cause similar issues ?

Router phones from Yealink are mentioned here and the one you mentioned is not on the list

Oh I wouldn’t be using them as router phones, just regular phones on the system.

Just ensure that the firmware is the same as mentioned in the page i gave you above, else you will face an issue.

I've correctly updated my Yealink T46S to proper firmware i still cannot login says IP Blacklisted!!!

I have the same issue since last night, messing around trying to configure a different android client, now can't log into management interface. What gives?

Yes, free version.

I can log in again, and it appears that I was right. A log entry shows attempts to connect a misconfigured app caused the issue. Has to be a better way?

Once you get blacklisted this will be removed after 24 hours or if you contact 3CX Support Team.
Upgrading the firmware to the latest supported version will not remove the blacklist.

Hi again, I have updated the phone to 96.86.0.77. Can we please remove the blacklist? Thank you.

As mentioned the ip can be released from our side only with a support ticket, otherwise you can wait for 24 hours to be automatically released.

24 hours after updating firmware or just 24 hours after being blacklisted? It’s been over a week but I’m still locked out.

The page you provided doesn’t list any firmware for the T58A - the model isn’t on the list. Thank you.

24 hours after the phone get blacklisted.
So, in your case, we can see that sometime yesterday your phone got blacklisted, and its firmware was :
SIP-T53W 95.84.0.125

For T58A, you can see the discussion here
