Android 16.5 lost company contacts

Hi,
Have a site that if they have any android phones updated to 16.5 then they don't see the 3cx contacts. If you are on and older version 16 there fine. Anyone else got this problem or have any ideas? Have removed and re added the app and reprovisioned but no joy. They can view the phones contacts but not the company

16.5 APP is only compatible with V16. I urge you to upgrade the side which is below v16 for many then just this reason.
