Solved Android 3cx Video Conference app: I/O Error

Hello!

Sstem: 3CX , V18, Debian.
When i try video conference with Android (Wifi, Lte), i get error: I/O Error. But with Iphone it works well.

What is the problem?
1. SSL checker: Everything is green except:
The certificate is not trusted in all web browsers. You may need to install an Intermediate/chain certificate to link it to a trusted root certificate. Learn more about this error. You can fix this by following Sectigo's Certificate Installation Instructions for your server platform (use these instructions for InstantSSL). Pay attention to the parts about Intermediate certificates.

2. I skipped command chown phonesystem : phonesystem - i dont know what i should replace with "phonesystem?"

3. What is the problem, where i should check log?

the first point mentioned is already your issue and must be fixed in your nginx config or switch to a 3CX managed FQDN to not have to deal with such things...
