Android 8.1 3cx client app, failing to connect to network??

Ive got a new nokia 5 running android 8.1 and ive setup the extension the same as another android client that connects fine. I save the extension and go back into it to use the QR pic. The app takes the QR code but it fails to connect to the network still??

Where would the logs for this connection be?? Ive tried on my Wifi and on 4g and it fails on both. My extension is using my 3cx server FQDN and im using TLS & normal RTP mode. The 3cx option is enabled too.

As i say i copied exactly the settings from another android client im using which connects fine.

Hi,

probably you already did this but double check if you have disable:

extension->click_the_extension_which_is_not_working->options_tab and than uncheck:
disable extension
Block Remote Tunnel Connections (3CX Client connections with Tunnel enabled & SBC will be blocked)

Hello @john kenny

If the above fail try disabling TLS so that the client can connect via UDP and see if that solves your issue.
