android and ios register timeout

hi all
problem when try register 3cx android and ios soft phone clint
have 2 pic for port and 3cx clint try more times to register always ( register failed, timeout )
any one help

Is the connection stable?

Does the logging on 3CX give any indication as to what the issue might be?
