Android app : Calls disconnected while talking

When i have both Wifi and mobile data on and i get switched from wifi to mobile data or vise versa the calls get disconnected. Is there any way to fix this problem cause its getting annoying

This is a feature our mobile clients have never had but we're aware of it and have plans to get it working properly one way or another.

For the moment, the iOS client is the only client that as an at least partial support for this. It should support switching from WIFI to 3G, but that's about it for now.
