Android app is ringing while another call

Hello. When I speaking during cellular call and someone is calling me via 3cx I hear a ring right towards my ear))) Is there a setting that makes 3cx beeping instead of ringing during a call?

I'm using Xiaomi 11t pro with Android 12. Latest app from play store.
