Hi all, first time posting, so please be gentle!
I have a client who is having multiple issues with the 3CX Android app - all handsets, Ios app, etc are working fine. Only 1 user has the Google Pixel 3, and is experiencing the following:
First thing that happens is when I make a MOBILE call on my mobile phone the 3CX pops up a notification of a phantom incoming call. That is, it says there is a call incoming but there is not. This happens a LOT, although right this minute I cannot reproduce it. I’ve attached a screen shot showing this in action.
Every so often the app “does something” to my phone that effectively silences it; Incoming calls (mobile or otherwise) do not ring audibly; They show up on the UI and I can answer them, but I miss lots of calls as the ringer is “dead”. I have to restart the phone to fix it.
From time to time the app will just crash back to android, if I am on a call the call gets dropped.
Finally, and I can take another phone with me and get you photos of this, when I plug my phone into my car (with Android Auto), about half the time I realise I am getting no sound after I drive off. If I unplug the USB cord, the car drops back to regular Bluetooth phone stuff, and shows an incoming call (that is not real), and I cannot answer the call. At that point the only fix is to restart the phone.
I would appreciate if anyone had some insight on what steps to take / things to try etc? I have attached the Android about screen from the handset, plus the phantom incoming call notification - the handset has been updated to the new firmware launched on 1 August 2019. Using the Optus network in Australia.

Appreciate any advice - thanks, Ash
