When I use 3cx Android App,
I can see miss call from Extension
I can see miss call from Ring Goup
But I can't see the calls which is abandoned from my Queues.
How can I fix it?

Queue calls are a special kind of calls and only desktop clients are designed to properly handle them, not the mobile apps.

Hi,
a company with few hundreds of mobiles can easily deploy 3CX app on all devices with MDM app. Now, how to configure them for all users? Sending welcome email or scanning QR code isn't preferred option.

Since each has its own account/credentials, I cannot see any way to implement a "centralized" solution.

If there would be a way using plist or something like that (Intune has ways to provision Outlook via "app configs", for example) to point to a 3CX provisioning URL, that would work. This way, the app could open even for the first time and get its details.

It would still require a per-user config but admins can take care of that.

Provisioning URL would be enough - it points to a .3cxconfig file which is associated with the 3CX client, so tapping the link would launch and provision the 3CX client. But you still has to individually provide/deploy few hundreds of such URL links.

Yeah but that can be exported from the Users page. It would just make it easier for MDM-managed devices.
