my name's Daniel and I have some issues with some Andoid telephone we use in our company, that are connected to our company's Wifi network.
I have 5 identical Blackview BV4900 Pro (rugged phones) running Android 12,and my issue is that, randomly, some of them doesn't ring when called.
Every time, as soon as I manually unlock the phone and open the app, the issue seems to disappear, and everything returns back to normal.
I enabled advanced logging on every phone, and what I saw is that the app seems to crash when sending a notification of missed call.
Here I attach 3 different logs: two of them (ext 51 and 52) show that logs suddently stop just after a notification of missed call (ext 51 at 10:33:36, ext 52 at 10:32:18), while the third logs shows no issues at all (ext 53).
Both phones where lying on my desk, both where unconnected from power source, and nobody touched them during this test.
The 3cx app is the only app running on theese phones.
The behaviour is very random, and I noticed it on each and every of those 5 phones.
Thanks for your help,
Daniel
