Hi everybody
Yesterday we released a new beta, 16.4.1.120, focused mainly on fixing some connectivity/incoming calls issues. If you previously encountered such problems, we highly recommend you to install and try it to see if they were fixed. Your feedback would be welcome.
Thanks
vali

I tried several calls to my xperia.
Looks like the problem i cannot answer the call when the phone is locked is fixed.

Will give it a try, currently having one Android user having issues.

For me everything works as expected. Still remaining is the problem when a call is held because of connectivity problems: Neither I or the calling partner will be notified - only silence. If 3cx does not implement an option to insert an automated message telling the callers that they should be patient while the call is resumed, you can just dump the option of roaming between mobile and wifi because everybody will hangup after 10sec of silence.

Good Day. I still have the problem of not receiving calls on my android. when I look at my management system it looks like the phone is not connected to the system.

shows Red in management but Green on App in Android.

I can make calls but can't receive it.

please what can I do?

That looks like a different issue then what I had with the previous beta.
If you bring the Program into the foreground, then try to call the extension before the phone shuts of the screen? Can you then receive a call? If you revert to the release version, is the problem gone?

Today I stumbled again over a Bug(?) which is present since a longer time:
If I make a call and press the handsfree speaker option before the call is connected, the soundlevel will stay at the same level as with without it. Changing the volume level afterwards will not increase the sound level.
This also can happen with incoming calls but I cannot reproduce it. Happens at random intervals.
If this happens with an outgoing call, I can fix it by disabling and then enabling the speaker. If it is an incoming call the only way to fix it it to hangup. This problem is also reported in the forum by other users.

I am using 16.4.2.126 and still having issues answering calls (app will not respond) as well as "Connecting..." on the main screen until I close and reopen the app.

Today I again experienced a call where the reception dropped to EDGE when I answered the call. The Program tried to renegotiate the connection but when the connection was established again (within <10sec) the partner had hung up the call. In addition of the problem that the remote calling party should be notified when the call is paused, the program should try to renegotiate a codec with less data usage even if the quality might be worse and let the pbx transcode the call. There is an API for the in android called " getNetworkType". So in theory that can and should be done.
